NSANE.HOST services must be used for lawful purposes. Customers are responsible for all activity originating from their server and allocated IP addresses.
Customers are responsible for content hosted or distributed through their servers. Valid copyright, legal and abuse complaints may be forwarded to the customer for resolution.
Customers are expected to respond to legitimate complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
Serious, repeated or unresolved abuse may result in network restrictions, suspension or termination. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect the network or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Each server includes the egress allowance advertised with the service. Incoming traffic is not counted where specified.
Once the included egress allowance is reached, the server's network port may be disabled until the beginning of the next traffic cycle or until additional bandwidth is purchased.
Additional bandwidth may be purchased at the rates available at the time. Customers are responsible for monitoring their usage and purchasing additional bandwidth before reaching their allocation if uninterrupted connectivity is required.
Customers are responsible for securing and maintaining their servers. Compromised systems generating attacks, spam or other abusive traffic may be temporarily disconnected to prevent further network abuse.
Use of NSANE.HOST services is also subject to applicable datacenter and upstream-provider policies.
